Miss Bee undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address provided by the Client at the time of purchase. Miss Bee shall not be liable for any delivery errors caused when the delivery address provided by the Client does not correspond to reality.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Taxes and Duties<\/strong>.<\/span> The prices stated in this purchase order include all applicable taxes and duties, except state and local sales and use taxes, which by statute may be passed on to Buyer. Such sales and use taxes shall be separately itemized in Seller&#8217;s invoice.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Payment and Prices<\/strong>.<\/span> The Customer agrees to pay 50% of the price of the products at the time the order is placed. To the price of its products will be added the fees corresponding to the shipping costs.
