Terms and Conditions:

Packing and Shipping. Miss Bee undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address provided by the Client at the time of purchase. Miss Bee shall not be liable for any delivery errors caused when the delivery address provided by the Client does not correspond to reality.

Taxes and Duties. The prices stated in this purchase order include all applicable taxes and duties, except state and local sales and use taxes, which by statute may be passed on to Buyer. Such sales and use taxes shall be separately itemized in Seller’s invoice.

Payment and Prices. The Customer agrees to pay 50% of the price of the products at the time the order is placed. To the price of its products will be added the fees corresponding to the shipping costs. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the order.

Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights. The creation of the products is the property of the seller, the buyer may not exploit the designs or appropriate them for his own benefit or that of third parties.

Compliance with Law. Each party shall comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, government export control, privacy and data protection laws, and anti-bribery laws
